Ingredients:
For The Salad:
- 200g paneer, cubed
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 bell pepper (any color), diced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup mixed salad greens (lettuce, spinach, arugula, etc.)
- 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped
For The Dressing:
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Optional Additions:
- 1/4 cup olives (black or green), sliced
- 1/4 cup nuts (walnuts or almonds), chopped
- 1 avocado, diced
Instructions:
- Prepare the Paneer:
- In a pan, lightly sauté the paneer cubes with a pinch of salt until they turn golden brown. Let them cool.
