  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Water, as needed

Instructions:


    Preparation:

    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the kodo millet flour, chopped onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, grated carrots, green chilies, coriander leaves, grated ginger, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, and salt.
    • Gradually add water to the mixture, stirring continuously, until you achieve a smooth batter consistency. The batter should be thick yet pourable.
